Sometimes, however, due to outside influences and the stress of our day-to-day lives, we can lose this inherent ability.
I don’t know about you, but I’m a big fan of pooping. It’s one of the first things I think about when I wake up in the morning, and I won’t lie: I enjoy it. Being regular makes me feel healthy, happy, and, you know, lighter. Letting go of the waste from the previous day sets me up to feel fresh and ready to go.
