We all know the golden rule: treat others the way you want to be treated. While this is an old adage we learn from an early age, there are a number of real-life benefits associated with the way we treat others. Science shows that as children, we are biologically wired to be kind and we can further develop this trait with practice and repetition. Sometimes, however, due to outside influences and the stress of our day-to-day lives, we can lose this inherent ability.
I don’t know about you, but I’m a big fan of pooping. It’s one of the first things I think about when I wake up in the morning, and I won’t lie: I enjoy it. Being regular makes me feel healthy, happy, and, you know, lighter. Letting go of the waste from the previous day sets me up to feel fresh and ready to go.
